Our students, Xènia (5Ath) and Andrea (6Bth) went last Saturday to the English contest "The Phonix". They were the best in the local selection and they went for the regional contest. The contest took place at the EDIFICI INEFC, in Barcelona. They did an exam with 80 more students from the area of Barcelona.
The students wore crazy clothes last week...well, so did the teachers! Sara asked some of the 6th graders to explain what Lola Anglada did to celebrate Carnival this year.
Sara decided to teach the 6th graders about her country by showing them some photos of national parks and monuments in the USA. The students chose their favorite picture, wrote a few lines about what they saw and learned about the place, and then made a mini presentation. Check them out now!
